Whose You Are in Christ!

Because you have believed the gospel (Romans 10:9-10) and have been born again (John 3:6-7), you are a new creation in Christ.

The old you no longer exists and everything about you has been made new. God has given you a new heart, a renewed mind, new desires, new attitudes, new character, a new identity, and a new way of living. (2 Corinthians 5:17)

You no longer identify as who you are and what you have done. Instead, you find your identity in whose you are—in Christ—and in what He has done for you. Through the power of the Holy Spirit, you now seek to live out your faith each day with righteous thoughts, attitudes, and actions that are Christlike, pleasing to God, and bring Him glory.

You have been sanctified by God, set apart for His purposes, and He works to perfect you and ultimately makes you holy.

You belong to Jesus Christ—the One who created you, loves you, redeemed you, and gave His life to save you. You are not defined by your past, your failures, your fears, the opinions of others, or the struggles you are facing.

Your identity is found in Christ alone!

What Jesus Did For You!

You are a child of God, purchased by the precious blood of Jesus, forgiven by grace, made new by the Holy Spirit, and kept securely in the hands of your Savior. You have been chosen, adopted, accepted, redeemed, justified, and given an eternal inheritance that can never be taken away.

Because you belong to Christ, you are never abandoned, never forgotten, and never without hope. When you feel weak, He is your strength. When you feel lost, He is your Shepherd. When you feel afraid, He is your refuge. When you fall, He lifts you up. When you are burdened, He carries you. When the world reminds you of who you were, remember whose you are now.

You belong to the King of kings and the Lord of lords. You are part of His family, a member of His body, a citizen of heaven, and an ambassador of His kingdom. His Spirit lives within you, His Word guides you, His grace sustains you, and His promises belong to you.

So walk with confidence—not because of who you are by yourself, but because of whose you are in Jesus Christ.

You are His!

You are loved!

You are forgiven!

You are redeemed!

You are chosen!

You are never alone!

You are held securely by the One who will never leave you, never forsake you, and never let you go.

In Christ alone
I place my trust
And find my glory in the power of the cross
In every victory
Let it be said of me
My source of strength
My source of hope
Is Christ alone
